NASA Voyager Recordings 1990
Die Nasa startete im August und September zwei Voyager Raumsonden um die Planeten Jupiter (1979) und Saturn (1981) zu erkunden. Voyager II später noch Uranus (1986) und Neptune (1989).
Diese Aufnahmen enstanden durch eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Sound Einflüsse.
1. From the interaction of the solar wind with the planet's magnetosphere,whichreleases charged ionic particles within a vibration frequency in an audible
range (20 - 20.000 Hz)
2. From the magneticsphere itself.
3. From trapped radio waves bouncing between the planet and the inner surface of its atmosphere.
4. Eloctromagnetic field noise within space itself.
5. From charged particle interactions of the planet, its moons, and the solar wind.
6. From charged particle emissions from the rings of certain planets.
Hört sich etwas unheimlich an.
